9 August 2011	The Board of Edinburgh Dragon Trust plc (the “Company”) has today issued, subject to listing, 35,131 Ordinary Shares following elections by holders of the Company’s 3.5% Convertible Unsecured Loan Stock 2018 (“CULS”) to convert 108,987 nominal of CULS. The Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares.
